The Office of Inspector General (OIG) is an independent component of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and is responsible for preventing and detecting fraud, waste, and abuse in the department’s programs and operations. The course content focuses on communication, decision making, managing change, conflict resolution, managing personalities and team development and leadership from a personal, team and organizational perspective.

The course content includes analyzing the sources and impact of workplace chaos, applying tools designed to determine priorities, examining time management strategies and techniques, applying tools to make solid decisions under pressure, and selecting tools and techniques to apply on the job. This course is highly interactive.

The Moore Group Win – Department of Labor – TMG has been chosen as the training consulting partner to develop and deliver training with a focus on professional writing techniques and industry standards for both printed and web-based mediums. The course content will include: professional writing for research and statistical papers, professional publications, presentations, email communication, reports and marketing techniques for web-based mediums based on the standards in the GPO Style Manual, the BLS Style Guide, the Plain Writing Act of 2010, the Monthly Labor Review, and BLS Economic News Releases. This course is highly interactive and includes a writing preassessment and individual one on one coaching sessions for each participant.

The Moore Group Win – Zoetis – TMG has been chosen as the training consulting partner to manage the design and development of an eLearning training module for the Zoetis Ariba procurement application. This eLearning module will be used for new hire Ariba training, as well as for the ongoing learning needs of Zoetis users. The course content will include a Procure-to-Pay overview, introduction to Ariba, requisitioning, receiving, request for payment, and approvals.

The Moore Group Win – DLA – TMG has been chosen as the training partner for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Human Resources Center, DLA Training, Workforce Development Division, Leadership and Management Team providing MBTI and Emotional Intelligence assessments and training across the nation by certified facilitators. DLA seeks to use both instruments to increase communication skills, effectiveness of teams and personal effectiveness in the work place.

The Moore Group Win – Zoetis – TMG has been chosen as the training consulting partner to manage the design, development and delivery of a virtual training program which will support the global implementation of Concur expenses for Zoetis. Over 20,000 potential learners will go through the training during the year long program. In addition to a virtual program, TMG will develop an eLearning module which will support the ongoing learning needs of the Zoetis users.
