COMMUNICATION 

SPECIALIST

Location: Peapack, NJ

The Moore Group is currently seeking a Communications Specialist to support our Fortune 500 client.  This person will work with the Finance Business Adoption team supporting the Digital Operations Center.  This person will be involved in creating and delivering communications supporting the roll-out of various digital applications at multiple manufacturing sites across the globe. 

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing integrated communications utilizing different approaches for numerous audiences.  

  • Strong, succinct writer that has the ability to streamline complex information into simple messages.  

  • Proven success and experience collaborating and adapting in an agile work environment.  

  • Proficiency with MS Office 365, SharePoint, Collaboration software (Yammer, Teams, etc.); Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)

  • Experience with SharePoint Administration and SharePoint site maintenance

  • Self-starter, proactive, positive attitude with a strong will to drive the success of clients
     

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the maintenance and execution of the Digital Operations Center communication plans (Deployments and General Program Comms) 

  • Draft global/deployment announcements, messages, etc. and prepare templates/materials to support the business user adoption of Digital Operations Center applications

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and project team members to develop effective materials for communications and change management

  • Support multiple projects simultaneously and working autonomously; Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize as necessary and deliver to a variety of stakeholders

  • Gather complex information and synthesize it into easily understandable and presentable deliverables

  • Liaise with project team members to ensure a strategic and cohesive approach for communication/change management across all work streams

  • Maintain library of resources and documents on SharePoint and Box (Business Adoption materials, Email templates, Stakeholder lists, etc.) 

  • Develop communication deliverables in multiple formats based on project needs (Posters, e-signs, infographics, videos, etc.)

CNAP N414 - SENIOR AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEMS ANALYST (SAISA)

The Moore Group is actively seeking for Navy Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) a Senior Automated Information Systems Analyst (SAISA) under the Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) contract to support clients at COMNAVAIRPAC N414, NASNI, Coronado, CA.

 

Job Description:

 

  • The candidate shall perform duties associated with CNAP N414 Allowance and Outfitting section such as RSupply/NALCOMIS Database mining, and NAVICP allowance product Quality Assurance and impact analysis.

  • Position requires up to 15% travel away from NASNI office.
     

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Shall possess a Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, information technology, information science, business, computer science, mathematics, or related quantitative science field. As a substitute, eight years of “hands-on” experience in a combination of computer programming, design, and/or analysis may be utilized.

  • Experience: In addition to any experience which is substituted for education, the SAISA shall have eight years of experience in computer analysis, Navy AIS functional analysis, networks and programming; plus two additional years as a senior-level analyst working under a formal quality management system.

  • Must have a current DoD Secret clearance or higher; US Citizenship Required
     

Desired Qualifications:

The ideal candidate would also be:

  • Former Navy/Marine Corps Enlisted Information Technology (IT) personnel with NTCSS Force Level (Optimized NALCOMIS and RSupply) expertise.

  • NAVICP/TYCOM Allowance process/product familiarity.

  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel/Access proficiency.

  • COMPTIA Security+ and LINUX Certification

CNAP N414 – SENIOR LOGISTICS ANALYST (SLA)

The Moore Group is actively seeking for Navy Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) a Senior Logistics Analyst (SLA) under the Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) contract to support clients at COMNAVAIRPAC N414, NASNI, Coronado, CA.

 

Job Description:

 

  • The primary duty is to serve as the lead SHORCAL/AVCAL/SASS review coordinator, review/analyze/QA final NAVICP allowance products for CVNs, L-Ships, and NAS. Also, conduct Allowance Product load, DEF-TO-RO REQN generation on-site assist visits.

  • Position requires up to 15% travel away from NASNI office.
     

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline. As a substitute, eight years of experience in Navy logistics, AIS management, may be utilized.

  • Experience: In addition to any experience which is substituted for education, the SLA shall have eight years of experience in Naval Logistics, and Navy Logistics AIS management.

  • Must have a current DoD Secret clearance or higher; US Citizenship Required
     

Desired Qualifications:

The ideal candidate would also be:

  • Former Navy/Marine Corps Enlisted Logistics Specialists (LS)

  • Aircraft Carrier (CVN) or L-Deck Stock Control/Aviation Support DIV experience.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – COMMERCIAL

Job Description:

  • The primary role of the BDM is to identify decision-makers within commercial organizations and set phone and in-person appointments leading to sales.

  • Through the use of targeted cold-calling, e-mails, social networking, and other tactics, the highly self-motivated BDM’s primary responsibility is to gain access to key decision-makers to:

    • Present TMG value propositions (e.g., capabilities, work done for other organizations).

    • Deploy marketing initiatives (e.g., emails, mailing, social networking) to support calling efforts.

    • Gather and provide frontline intelligence about targeted organizations.

Required Experience:

PROGRAM MANAGER

Description: Responsible for educational support and service.

Location: Midwest.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in defining level of effort and resources required for program.

  • Develop the overall program plan with other members of the team, including schedule, specific responsibilities of each party, program milestones and deliverables.

  • Assess program issues and areas of risk and take action to work with teams to resolve all problems and maintain program commitments.

  • Conduct team meetings, documents issues, and proactively keep stakeholders informed of program status.

  • Accountable for all project commitments, deliverables, and desired results.

  • Establishes direction and accountability for the project team.

Qualifications:

  • NASA experience required.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS

Job Description:

  • The primary role of the BDM is to identify and secure business opportunities for the firm through of new government contracts or expanding existing contracts resulting in sales.

  • The BDM will be responsible for providing in-depth research on potential business opportunities, identifying executive level decision makers throughout various agencies and large systems-integrators, discovering areas where TMG’s capabilities and specializations could create valuable relationships, making the pitch and creating proposals, and developing accounts.

  • Research new opportunities via on-line opportunity tools such as govwin.com or fbo.gov and decide which opportunities will meet our scope of work.

  • Draft past performances for new proposals to document the work of TMG on various projects, put in specified format, and ensure proposals meet the requirements set by the client.

  • Ability to cold call; develop leads and "hit the pavement" to find new business in partners and agencies.

  • Requires being on-site in the Metro-Washington, D.C. area at least twice-monthly to engage with clients and partners directly to build relationships resulting in sales.

INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS DESIGNER (ISD) COMPUTER BASED TRAINING (CBT) DEVELOPERS

The Moore Group is actively seeking professional, Intermediate to Senior ISD / CBT developers. You will define CBT requirements, build storyboards, develop scripts, obtain client approvals for development, build CBT courseware, support QA reviews, obtain client approval of finished product, and ensure 508 compliance, SCORM conformance, and adhere to standards for consistency across all courseware.

Major qualifications:

  • Perform needs / gap analysis and job task analysis.

  • Document scope of CBT requirement and ensure accountability during development.

  • Develop CBT scripts and program completed CBT modules in the timeline allotted.

  • Program CBT modules using tools such as Captivate and complete modules as polished, finished training materials.

  • Demonstrate adherence of completed product to base-lined, defined CBT requirements.

  • Effectively facilitate review / approval stages.

  • Gain approval of and consensus of SME's and clients for approach, learning objectives, and materials.

  • Verify 508 compliance and SCORM conformance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of ADDIE model required.

  • Produce design for online content and determine the size and arrangement of illustrative material including selecting style and size of type, and arranging layout based upon available space.

  • Create eLearning prototypes.

  • Creatively conceptualize, design, and produce graphics demonstrating complex constructs and concepts.

  • Create interactive courseware using Adobe Creative Suite, including Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

  • Collaborate and communicate with client program team, SME's, team members, and leadership.

  • Build multi-media instructional design documents.

  • Effectively apply ISD theories and learning principles.

  • Provide accurate reporting to management regarding training development progress.

  • Provide constructive peer quality assurance reviews of CBT modules.

  • Collaborate with team to create CBT modules for delivery via LMS.

Required Qualifications:

  • Requires Bachelors Degree or equivalent and several years of related experience as stated above.

  • Five or more years developing CBT modules.

  • 3+ years creating graphics and animation to support eLearning content.

  • 3+ years using of multiple coding languages (HTML / DHTML / Action script / JavaScript).

  • 5+ years working with eLearning and blended learning programs, web-based training development, and asynchronous learning content.
