Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Change & Transformation Leadership

Program & Stakeholder Management
Build and manage detailed project plans, integrating change, communications, and execution activities.
Facilitate routine program and leadership meetings to monitor progress, surface risks, and drive issue resolution.
Lead cross‑functional alignment forums to ensure shared understanding, accountability, and readiness across impacted groups.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, balancing operational realities with strategic intent.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Change Management, Executive Support and Communications, including work across distributed teams or locations.
Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated success influencing senior leaders.
Experience developing and managing project tollgates, readiness assessments, and governance models.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex change into executive‑ready messaging.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, Prosci, or similar change or project management certification.

We are currently seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist to support a leading Fortune 100 client in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing communication strategies and developing resources for transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Change Strategy: Develop strategic plans to manage colleagues through the transition to adopt new behaviors, processes and/or digital solutions.

Qualifications:
Transformation Services: Previous experience helping organizations manage through change, including organizational restructuring, solution adoption and/or large strategic initiatives.
Seasoned Communicator: Extensive experience in communication strategy development and execution, with a demonstrated ability to work with people at all levels, including senior executives.
Storyteller: Capable of taking complex or technical information and dispelling it into a presentation
Strong Writing & Editing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness and accessibility.
Global Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing or technical industries is a plus, but not required.
Project Management: Highly organized with ability to work autonomously and across multiple projects, delivering high quality materials on time.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint, internal social collaboration platforms (e.g., Yammer) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).

Develop project plans ensuring all design strategy and value insights activities are understood, scoped and planned for.
Lead project phases including framing, current state mapping, data analysis (qualitative and quantitative), insight generation, future state mapping etc.
