The Moore Group, as part of a team led by CGI, was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the Department of State (DoS) to provide professional deployment, development, operations, maintenance, testing, and training support for DoS & USAID's Joint Financial Management System (JFMS). This 10 year BPA has a Master Dollar Limit of $180M. TMG's broad experience in civilian Government implementations and Government financial suite training, combined with our USAID background, will help DoS implement the best IT change management approach possible.

Jeffrey B. Parker has joined The Moore Group as Director of Business Development. Mr. Parker will focus on providing clear, customized, value-driven solutions to TMG's Commercial, Federal, and DoD clients in the areas of IT training, development, implementation, project management, and systems development while maintaining close relationships with all of our valued business partners. Previously, Mr. Parker built and maintained strong business partnerships and provided large-scale solutions to clients of CBRE, the world's largest Fortune and S&P 500 Company of its kind.

As a preferred provider of training and change management support services for the National Institutes of Health/Health and Human Services (NIH/HHS), The Moore Group is currently working with NIH's Business Systems Program Office and Deloitte Consulting (formerly BearingPoint) to train 2,400 NIH employees from various NIH Institutes and Centers (ICs) to use GovTrip, the Government's new web-based system for arranging U.S. Government travel. Part of the President's Management Agenda for Government Agencies, including HHS, is to improve overall process performance, including business systems processes such as the use of eTravel, and TMG is at the front lines of this effort. In addition to providing training to thousands of NIH employees into 2010, TMG also developed interactive Computer Based Training (CBT) Modules for NIH's IC Executive Officers to offer them the convenience of learning the new GovTrip eTravel system at their own pace, and on their own schedule.

The Moore Group, as part of a team led by NCI, was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the National Guard Bureau J7 (NGB-J7) to provide training with specific focus on Distance Learning, Live, Virtual, Constructive training for the Army and Air National Guard. This five year BPA is valued at $50M and will enable our solutions team to support NGB to design, plan, prepare, execute, assess, and correct Joint Doctrine, Education, Training, Exercise and Assessment programs. TMG's expertise in training, along with its access to the best and brightest minds in the military community, will enable the NGB-J7 to function as staff proponent for the National Guard to support joint force development, operational planning, joint doctrine, education and professional development, training exercise, readiness, and assessment.

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) named The Moore Group as the sole awardee of all PRISM (Procurement Information System for Management) Acquisition, PRISM Solicitation/Award Template Administration, PRISM Milestone Template/Administration, and PRISM Site Administration training programs at HHS University in Rockville, MD. TMG's team of expert facilitators will continue supporting HHSU to provide HHS employees with high-quality iProcurement business systems training and career enhancement opportunities. The USAF Civilian Training Center at Langley AFB in Hampton, Virginia, chose The Moore Group to develop and facilitate all classroom training for their Civilian Employee Leadership Management Training Program. Courses in this program include "Leadership Skills", "Effective Communication", "Conducting Effective Meetings" and "Time Management". As of July 2009, TMG has received an overall rating average of 9.4 out of a possible 10 from the classroom evaluations of over 70 participants.

The Moore Group (as a part of a team led by Unisys Corporation) has been awarded a contract by Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) to support the Desktop Management Initiative (DMI) II. This contract serves to improve business processes and support end user productivity to increase DFAS customer satisfaction. TMG will design and develop training plans and curricula, as well as deliver training to DFAS personnel on Microsoft Products (e.g., Vista, Microsoft Office 2007). TMG instructors will travel to all thirteen DFAS CONUS and OCONUS sites in support of this initiative.

Kristen Huber has joined The Moore Group as Manager of Office Operations. Ms. Huber brings extensive Human Resources, Office Operations, and Accounting experience to TMG. Her primary role will be to manage the day-to-day operations of TMG's Norfolk, VA, home office.

Jolene Conner has joined The Moore Group as Vice President. Before joining The Moore Group, Ms. Conner served with the Sentara Health System and brings to TMG a broad depth of Project Management and Human Resources experience. Her primary role will be to help manage contract operations with TMG both out in the field and at the Norfolk, VA, home office.

Bruce Besley, PMP, has joined The Moore Group as Senior Vice President. Before joining The Moore Group, Mr. Besley served in numerous leadership roles for The Office of The Under Secretary of Defense, for various U.S. Navy contracts and commercial enterprises. His primary role will be to effectively manage all Government and Commercial contract operations for TMG.

The Moore Group expands its capabilities to include systems programming, application and database development in a CMMI Level 4 environment by winning the Ship Maintenance and Logistics Support Information Systems (SMLIS) Contract for the U.S. Navy. The Moore Group was recently awarded a contract on the CACI Team to provide support for the Navy's SMLIS program. This contract was designed to ensure the successful development, deployment, implementation and operation of Navy and DoD Maintenance and Logistics community software tools managed by NAVSEA. This is an important win for TMG, as we are now expanding our capability by performing securely monitored, high quality application development and programming services while at the same time working towards a CMMI Level 5 rating. TMG is also involved with testing, training and deployment support for the Navy SMLIS Project. TMG recently began work on this 5 year $150M effort, which is being performed at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) and Navy locations in Hampton Roads, Virginia.

The Moore Group wins the CBS Radio Networks contract for the Integrated Broadcast System (IBS) rollout and will provide training services nationwide to radio affiliate stations. CBS Radio Networks chose The Moore Group to provide software training services that will modernize CBS Radio Network's business processes; it includes providing training services for 140 affiliates throughout the U.S. The Moore Group has deployed a team of training specialists to CBS Radio Network's IT headquarters in Shelton, Connecticut to collaborate on the development of training plans and materials. The training team is currently traveling to CBS Radio Network affiliates across the nation to train Account Executives and other personnel on a new trafficking software package known as IBS (Integrated Business System). Upon successful completion of the implementation, CBS Radio Network will be better able to report consistently on the essential data necessary at both the station level and in aggregated reporting.

The Moore Group wins the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Financial Modernization Project Bid. The Moore Group was selected by the EPA as the financial management shared service provider (SSP) for EPA's Financial System Modernization Project (FSMP). As subcontractor to CGI, Inc., The Moore Group will provide training services to more than 1,000 end-users on the soon to be implemented Momentum Solution. The 10 year deal, valued at $84 million, modernizes EPA's financial system to CGI's commercial off-the-shelf Momentum® software, and migrates EPA's financial system IT hosting and application management as a commercial SSP under the Financial Management Line of Business (FMLoB) initiative.

The Moore Group, as a subcontractor to SAIC, has been awarded an IDIQ contract known as the OUSD-Policy Agreement to provide non-personal, professional and executive-level mission support services to the Office of The Under Secretary of Defense, Policy - OUSD(P). The USD(P) if the principal advisor to the Secretary on all matters concerning national security and defense policy, to include integration and oversight of DoD policy and plans to achieve national security objectives.

The Moore Group has been awarded a subcontract by the Consulting Solutions International to provide training services to personnel at Indian Health Services located in Rockville, Maryland. TMG consultants will instruct IHS employees on the Oracle Financials iProcurement solution. TMG instructors will travel to Native American locations throughout the United States in support of this initiative.

The Moore Group, as part of a team led by CACI, was awarded a contract by the Department of the Army, Southern Region Contracting Command to support the Field and Installation Readiness Support Team (FIRST) program. Army FIRST will support the U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC) and AMC's newly created Army Sustainment Command, as well as the Forces Command (FORSCOM) and Installation Management Command (IMC), and is open to all other Army and Defense Department organizations. Army FIRST is a 20-year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) task order contract with a total estimated ceiling value of $36 billion, to be awarded over four 5-year acquisition cycles of $9 billion in funding ceilings each.

TMG, as a subcontractor to CACI, will provide Army FIRST with a wide range of logistics support services, from program management and information technology (IT) support, to repairing equipment, providing supply management services, and managing logistics IT systems. Work will be performed at Army installations and field sites in the U.S. and abroad. Much of the work is expected to focus on planning, scheduling, and performing repairs to tactical ground vehicles and other equipment from combat zones, to return these items to full readiness. Effective repair and maintenance services will save the Army time and money on replacement equipment and free soldiers to concentrate on their critical warfighting mission.

The Moore Group has been awarded a subcontract by the BearingPoint Public Services Federal Healthcare Practice to provide training services to personnel at the National Institutes of Health located in Bethesda, Maryland. TMG consultants will instruct NIH employees on multiple modules of the Oracle Financials solution. This program marks TMG's return to its roots as a provider of training solutions to the health care community.

The Moore Group was recently awarded a MOBIS contract by the US General Services Administration. Under the contract, TMG will offer a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency's performance and their endeavor in meeting mission goals.

Services may include providing expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of agencies' mission oriented business functions. Examples of consultation include but are not limited to: strategic, business and action planning; high performance work; process and productivity improvement; systems alignment; leadership systems; organizational assessments; cycle time; performance measures and indicators; program audits, evaluations, and customized training.

The Moore Group, as part of a team led by The Unisys Corporation, was selected by The Department of Homeland Security as an awardee on the Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) contract. Under EAGLE, The Moore Group will compete for task orders in two functional areas: 1) Infrastructure Engineering Design, Development, Implementation and Integration and 2) Operations and Maintenance. The EAGLE program will reunite TMG as a supporting contractor to the Department of Homeland Security. In 2002-2003, TMG provided instructional services to the Transportation Security Administration in support of the nationwide Kronos timekeeping solution implementation.

LOCKHEED MARTIN TEAM WINS ROLE ON $20 BILLION ARMY ITES-2S CONTRACT VEHICLE
The Moore Group, as part of a team headed by Lockheed Martin has been selected by the U.S. Army to compete for up to $20 billion in future information technology task orders under the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - Services (ITES-2S) contracting vehicle.

The new contract continues the original ITES-Enterprise Mission Support Services Solutions vehicle awarded in November 2003. Services to be provided under ITES-2S include information security, education and training, business process reengineering, IT services, network support, systems operations and maintenance, program management, and enterprise design -- all to support the warfighter.

The Moore Group (TMG) was added as a team member by BearingPoint, LLC to a recently awarded BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) with Defense Logistics Agency. TMG will provide consulting services and training support to enterprise-wide initiatives for DLA scheduled through 2009. TMG is currently providing expertise to DLA by conducting CRM training to personnel across the globe in the areas of sales, marketing, service and analytics.

The Moore Group (TMG) was awarded a Task Order by the Defense Logistics Agency to support the DoD agency with training support on the CRM Release 1.0 Program. TMG instructors will transfer knowledge of new business processes and the introduction of new Customer Relationship Management software. More than 1,000 DLA personnel will be trained worldwide in the areas of sales, marketing, service and analytics.

The General Services Administration awarded The Moore Group with a Multiple Award Schedule 70 contract. The Schedule 70 contract will allow The Moore Group to provide government agencies with information technology (IT) and telecommunications hardware, software, and professional services. The period of performance on this contract is October 17, 2005 through October 17, 2010.

The Moore Group (TMG) has been awarded a second year term with CACI, Inc. to support their RSVP program. TMG will assist CACI with staffing requests for difficult to fill positions requiring unique technical qualifications and various levels of security clearances. The program will be coordinated by TMGÕs Managed Services business unit which assists clients in private and public sectors with contract or full time personnel requirements.

The Moore Group (TMG, Inc.) was awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award prime contract by the US Navy known as Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e). Seaport-e includes support services for all phases of weapon systems acquisition and life-cycle support including research & development support, prototyping, acquisition logistics, modeling, test & evaluation trials, and engineering support for the US Navy and US Marine Corps. The Government estimates a maximum of $5,300,000,000 of services will be procured per year via orders issued under the SeaPort-e multiple award contracts. Team members include AMSEC LLC, Anteon Corporation, CACI and Sabre Systems. The award has a four-year base period with one five-year award term and one additional one-year award term.

The Moore Group (TMG) is supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) on the CRM Knowledge Transfer & Training Strategy for Business Process Reengineering as a subcontractor to BearingPoint, Inc. TMG has a team 15 Instructional Systems Designers based in Springfield, VA tasked with the design and development of training plans and curricula. In addition to design and development, TMG will deliver the training at CONUS and OCONUS (Germany & Korea) customer sites.

The Moore Group, headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia teamed with ManTech International in winning a contract from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems, San Diego to provide training for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence and Surveillance (C4ISR) and other Department of Defense related systems. The competitively awarded contract has a five-year base period, with eight, six-month options and a total potential award value on $76 million.

The Moore Group, as a subcontractor to CACI International, has been awarded a contract by the Fleet Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia, to provide technical services for the Fleet Assistance Shipboard Training program. The Moore Group will deploy personnel to perform work at various US Navy and Marine Corps facilities stateside, overseas and on board naval vessels.

The program, FAST 2010, includes one base year and four one-year options. The total contract value is $16 million and could increase to $85 million if all options are exercised.

The Moore Group will team with American Systems Corporation (ASC) in fulfilling contract requests for the Training Systems Division of the Naval Air Systems Command, Orlando. Under the indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract, known as TSC Lot II, the ASC team will bid on orders for training products and services. An estimated $1 billion will be obligated against Lot II efforts over eight years. ASC, an employee-owned firm of 1350 professionals, was a prime contractor for the original TSC contract awarded FY2000.

A CACI Technologies team, which includes The Moore Group, has been awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for the US Navy Seaport II project. This arrangement allows the CACI team to bid for engineering, technical and programmatic support to various Naval divisions for 5 base years with options for a total of 15 years. Total task order value of the Navy Seaport II initiative could reach $11 billion over that time. CACI is a leading government IT services supplier employing 7,500 worldwide.

The Moore Group was selected as Norfolk's Small Business of the Year for 2004 by the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce and the Small Business Development Center of Hampton Roads. Small business is big business in Hampton Roads with over 85 percent of the areaÕs non-government economy generated by small business owners. TMG competed for the honor against a field of candidates on the basis of performance, innovativeness, quality and leadership.
