The Moore Group, as a subcontractor to SAIC, has been awarded an IDIQ contract known as the OUSD-Policy Agreement to provide non-personal, professional and executive-level mission support services to the Office of Under Secretary of Defense, Policy (OUSD(P). The USD(P) if the principal advisor to the Secretary on all matters concerning national security and defense policy, to include integration and oversight of DoD policy and plans to achieve national security objectives.

The Moore Group has been awarded a subcontract by the Consulting Solutions International to provide training services to personnel at Indian Health Services located in Rockville, Maryland. TMG consultants will instruct IHS employees on the Oracle Financials iProcurement solution. TMG instructors will travel to Native American locations throughout the United States in support of this initiative.

The Moore Group, as part of a team led by CACI, was awarded a contract by the Department of the Army, Southern Region Contracting Command to support the Field and Installation Readiness Support Team (FIRST) program. Army FIRST will support the U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC) and AMC's newly created Army Sustainment Command, as well as the Forces Command (FORSCOM) and Installation Management Command (IMC), and is open to all other Army and Defense Department organizations. Army FIRST is a 20-year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) task order contract with a total estimated ceiling value of $36 billion, to be awarded over four 5-year acquisition cycles of $9 billion in funding ceilings each.

TMG, as a subcontractor to CACI, will provide Army FIRST with a wide range of logistics support services, from program management and information technology (IT) support, to repairing equipment, providing supply management services, and managing logistics IT systems. Work will be performed at Army installations and field sites in the U.S. and abroad. Much of the work is expected to focus on planning, scheduling, and performing repairs to tactical ground vehicles and other equipment from combat zones, to return these items to full readiness. Effective repair and maintenance services will save the Army time and money on replacement equipment and free soldiers to concentrate on their critical warfighting mission.

Nichole Hornsby has joined The Moore Group as Vice President of Training & Development. Previously, Ms. Hornsby was a Business Analyst with Core Consulting in Richmond, VA. In 2002, Ms. Hornsby served as TMG's Project Manager for the 20,000 user Capital One Windows XP migration. During the Capital One project, Ms. Hornsby managed a team of more than 20 instructors working at multiple customer locations. In addition, she was a key member of TMG's 102 person training force supporting the Transportation Security Administration during a 64,000 user Kronos timekeeping solution implementation.

As Vice President of Training & Development, Ms. Hornsby will oversee existing training programs and concentrate on TMG's strategic public and private sector focus for the provision of classroom and e-learning solutions.

The Moore Group has been awarded a subcontract by the BearingPoint Public Services Federal Healthcare Practice to provide training services to personnel at the National Institutes of Health located in Bethesda, Maryland. TMG consultants will instruct NIH employees on multiple modules of the Oracle Financials solution. This program marks TMG's return to its roots as a provider of training solutions to the health care community.

The Moore Group was recently awarded a MOBIS contract by the US General Services Administration. Under the contract, TMG will offer a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency's performance and their endeavor in meeting mission goals.

Services may include providing expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of agencies' mission oriented business functions. Examples of consultation include but are not limited to: strategic, business and action planning; high performance work; process and productivity improvement; systems alignment; leadership systems; organizational assessments; cycle time; performance measures and indicators; program audits, evaluations, and customized training.

The Moore Group, as part of a team led by The Unisys Corporation, was selected by The Department of Homeland Security as an awardee on the Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) contract. Under EAGLE, The Moore Group will compete for task orders in two functional areas: 1) Infrastructure Engineering Design, Development, Implementation and Integration and 2) Operations and Maintenance. The EAGLE program will reunite TMG as a supporting contractor to the Department of Homeland Security. In 2002-2003, TMG provided instructional services to the Transportation Security Administration in support of the nationwide Kronos timekeeping solution implementation.

Mrs. Brodie will market The Moore Group as a leading provider of learning solutions to its public and private sector clientele. Mrs. Brodie was previously an Account Manager with the Virginian Pilot in Norfolk, Virginia.

LOCKHEED MARTIN TEAM WINS ROLE ON $20 BILLION ARMY ITES-2S CONTRACT VEHICLE
The Moore Group, as part of a team headed by Lockheed Martin has been selected by the U.S. Army to compete for up to $20 billion in future information technology task orders under the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - Services (ITES-2S) contracting vehicle.

The new contract continues the original ITES-Enterprise Mission Support Services Solutions vehicle awarded in November 2003. Services to be provided under ITES-2S include information security, education and training, business process reengineering, IT services, network support, systems operations and maintenance, program management, and enterprise design -- all to support the warfighter.

Mrs. Friedman's responsibilities include the implementation and administration of human resource policies and procedures. Mrs. Friedman brings numerous years of human resource management experience from multiple industries to TMG. TMG has an existing database of more than 1,500 consultants ready to engage clients in the public and private sectors.

The Moore Group (TMG) was added as a team member by BearingPoint, LLC to a recently awarded BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) with Defense Logistics Agency. TMG will provide consulting services and training support to enterprise-wide initiatives for DLA scheduled through 2009. TMG is currently providing expertise to DLA by conducting CRM training to personnel across the globe in the areas of sales, marketing, service and analytics.

The Moore Group (TMG) was awarded a Task Order by the Defense Logistics Agency to support the DoD agency with training support on the CRM Release 1.0 Program. TMG instructors will transfer knowledge of new business processes and the introduction of new Customer Relationship Management software. More than 1,000 DLA personnel will be trained worldwide in the areas of sales, marketing, service and analytics.

The General Services Administration awarded The Moore Group with a Multiple Award Schedule 70 contract. The Schedule 70 contract will allow The Moore Group to provide government agencies with information technology (IT) and telecommunications hardware, software, and professional services. The period of performance on this contract is October 17, 2005 through October 17, 2010.

The Moore Group (TMG) has been awarded a second year term with CACI, Inc. to support their RSVP program. TMG will assist CACI with staffing requests for difficult to fill positions requiring unique technical qualifications and various levels of security clearances. The program will be coordinated by TMGÕs Managed Services business unit which assists clients in private and public sectors with contract or full time personnel requirements.

The Moore Group (TMG, Inc.) was awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award prime contract by the US Navy known as Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e). Seaport-e includes support services for all phases of weapon systems acquisition and life-cycle support including research & development support, prototyping, acquisition logistics, modeling, test & evaluation trials, and engineering support for the US Navy and US Marine Corps. The Government estimates a maximum of $5,300,000,000 of services will be procured per year via orders issued under the SeaPort-e multiple award contracts. Team members include AMSEC LLC, Anteon Corporation, CACI and Sabre Systems. The award has a four-year base period with one five-year award term and one additional one-year award term.

The Moore Group (TMG) is supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) on the CRM Knowledge Transfer & Training Strategy for Business Process Reengineering as a subcontractor to BearingPoint, Inc. TMG has a team 15 Instructional Systems Designers based in Springfield, VA tasked with the design and development of training plans and curricula. In addition to design and development, TMG will deliver the training at CONUS and OCONUS (Germany & Korea) customer sites.

Eric Weintraub has been promoted to Senior Vice-President of The Moore Group. Mr. Weintraub joined the firm in July 2003 and previously held the position of Vice-President of Business Development. The Moore Group, headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia teamed with ManTech International in winning a contract from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems, San Diego to provide training for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence and Surveillance (C4ISR) and other Department of Defense related systems. The competitively awarded contract has a five-year base period, with eight, six-month options and a total potential award value on $76 million.

The Moore Group, as a subcontractor to CACI International, has been awarded a contract by the Fleet Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia, to provide technical services for the Fleet Assistance Shipboard Training program. The Moore Group will deploy personnel to perform work at various US Navy and Marine Corps facilities stateside, overseas and on board naval vessels.

The program, FAST 2010, includes one base year and four one-year options. The total contract value is $16 million and could increase to $85 million if all options are exercised.

The Moore Group will team with American Systems Corporation (ASC) in fulfilling contract requests for the Training Systems Division of the Naval Air Systems Command, Orlando. Under the indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract, known as TSC Lot II, the ASC team will bid on orders for training products and services. An estimated $1 billion will be obligated against Lot II efforts over eight years. ASC, an employee-owned firm of 1350 professionals, was a prime contractor for the original TSC contract awarded FY2000.

A CACI Technologies team, which includes The Moore Group, has been awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for the US Navy Seaport II project. This arrangement allows the CACI team to bid for engineering, technical and programmatic support to various Naval divisions for 5 base years with options for a total of 15 years. Total task order value of the Navy Seaport II initiative could reach $11 billion over that time. CACI is a leading government IT services supplier employing 7,500 worldwide.

The Moore Group was selected as NorfolkÕs Small Business of the Year for 2004 by the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce and the Small Business Development Center of Hampton Roads. Small business is big business in Hampton Roads with over 85 percent of the areaÕs non-government economy generated by small business owners. TMG competed for the honor against a field of candidates on the basis of performance, innovativeness, quality and leadership.
