
GovTrip eTravel Deployment Project Summary -
As a preferred provider of training and change management support services for the National Institutes of Health/Health and Human Services (NIH/HHS), The Moore Group is currently working with NIH's Business Systems Program Office and Deloitte Consulting (formerly BearingPoint) to train 2,400 NIH employees from various NIH Institutes and Centers (ICs) to use GovTrip, the Government's new web-based system for arranging U.S. Government travel. Part of the President's Management Agenda for Government Agencies, including HHS, is to improve overall process performance, including business systems processes such as the use of eTravel, and TMG is at the front lines of this effort. In addition to providing training to thousands of NIH employees into 2010, TMG also developed interactive Computer Based Training (CBT) Modules for NIH's IC Executive Officers to offer them the convenience of learning the new GovTrip eTravel system at their own pace, and on their own schedule.

Integrated Broadcast System (IBS) Rollout Project Summary -
CBS Radio is one of the largest major-market operators in the United States, with stations covering news, sports, talk, rock, oldies, country, adult contemporary and urban formats, among others. A division of CBS Corporation, CBS Radio operates 134 radio stations, all but one of which are in the nation's top 50 markets. The overall mix of each radio station's programming is designed to fit the station's specific format and serve its local community. CBS Radio Networks chose The Moore Group to provide software development Program Management and Training services-including Computer Based Training (CBT) Development-that will modernize CBS Radio Network's business processes; it includes both managing and delivering instructor-led training services and on-line training development for 140 CBS affiliates throughout the U.S. The Moore Group deployed a Program Manager along with a team of training specialists to CBS Radio Network's IT headquarters in Shelton, Connecticut to collaborate on the development of training plans, CBT materials, and CBS Radio's new trafficking system. Our training team is currently traveling to CBS Radio Network affiliates across the nation to train Account Executives and other personnel on this new trafficking software package known as IBS (Integrated Business System). Upon successful completion of the implementation, CBS Radio Network will be better able to report consistently on the essential data necessary at both the station level and in aggregated reporting.

FAST 2010 Project Summary -
The Moore Group provides technical services for the Fleet Assistance Shipboard Training Program (FAST).
TMG personnel perform logistical support services at various US Navy and Marine Corps facilities stateside,
overseas and on board naval vessels. The support consists of on site assistance/training, formal training and
database validation, correction and reconciliation.
F.I.R.S.T. Project Summary - TMG will provide Army FIRST with a wide range of logistics support services, from program management and information technology (IT) support, to repairing equipment, providing supply management services, and managing logistics IT systems. Work will be performed at Army installations and field sites in the U.S. and abroad. Much of the work is expected to focus on planning, scheduling, and performing repairs to tactical ground vehicles and other equipment from combat zones, to return these items to full readiness. Effective repair and maintenance services save the Army time and money on replacement equipment and free soldiers to concentrate on their critical warfighting mission.

DLA SAP CRM Implementation Project Summary - The Moore Group deployed a high-performing team of instructional designers and instructors supporting the Defense Logistics Agency in Springfield, VA. The two-phased project encompassed the execution of the overall Knowledge Transfer & Training Strategy for Business Process Reengineering (BPR) training development, delivery and evaluation. The initial phase of the project included TMG personnel gathering data and existing business process practices from DLA subject matter experts. This information was ported to the instructional design team to then manage the design and development of SAP CRM training products. During phase two, TMG deployed personnel both CONUS and OCONUS for a six week rollout at approximately 10 customer sites. The TMG team earned a stellar overall program evaluation grade of 4.45 out of a possible 5.0 by DLA learning participants.
NIH/IHS Oracle Financials and PRISM Implementation Project Summary - TMG is supporting the Oracle Financials implementation training effort at the HHS National Institutes of Health and Indian Health Services. This migration from a homegrown technology to a web-based ERP is the largest and most complex to date at NIH and IHS. TMG's team of 14 expert facilitators provided business systems training to the NIH user community for each of the approximate 50 courses using Oracle Financials and CompSearch PRISM, including traditional instructor-led classroom training (ILT), instructor-led labs, and Institute support post-go live. Thousands of end-users were trained over a 14-week period, with the vast majority of evaluations from students agreed/strongly agreed that the instructor's performance overall met their needs and expectations.

Defense Logistics Agency- CRM Knowledge Transfer Project Summary -
TMG delivered Instructor Led Training to help DLA personnel achieve an effective level of knowledge, skill,
and proficiency with the SAP CRM tool. The SAP implementation improved DLA's ability to accomplish their
critical mission by allowing DLA personnel on all levels to work smarter, not harder and focus on matters
having more value to the customer. In all, TMG executed approximately 9,000 training instances during a 3-month
rollout of the SAP CRM Program to10 customer sites including Germany and Korea. The 28 person TMG instructor team
scored an impressive 4.61 out of a possible 5.0 overall evaluation grade by DLA learning participants.

Windows XP Migration Project Summary -
Led one of the nation's largest credit card companies through a 20,000-employee
migration to new software. Completed the upgrade with minimum downtime, creating buy-in and
proficiency for employees and streamlining processes along the way. Key win-factor: Chosen from
a large field of competitors primarily for our record in fully managing large-scale, time-intense
software migrations and flexibility in scaling resources to client needs.

TSA Kronos Implementation Project Summary -
Provided critical intervention to Unisys in rolling out a national timekeeping software
system for the Transportation Security Administration, following TSA's creation to manage airport
security after 9/11 terrorist attacks. Entering a situation fraught with planning problems and
payroll delays, in less than 3 weeks, TMG deployed 102 TMG process analysts, project managers
and training professionals to support process redesign and educate TSA employees nationwide in
using a new timekeeping system. Endorsements: Following this engagement, Unisys nominated TMG
for the American Purchasing Society "2003 Supplier of the Year" award.

Help Desk Reorganization Project Summary -

quickly transition from a mainframe to desktop environment. Created documentation and developed

OUSD - Policy Project Summary -
The Moore Group as a subcontractor to SAIC was awarded an IDIQ contract to provide non-personal, professional and executive-level mission support services to the Office of Under Secretary of Defense, Policy (USD(P). The USD(P) if the principal advisor to the Secretary on all matters concerning national security and defense policy, to include integration and oversight of DoD policy and plans to achieve national security objectives.
