Founded in 1997, we have quickly grown to become one of the largest woman-owned businesses of our kind. From offices in Norfolk and Richmond, Virginia, we serve federal agencies, and national / multi-national organizations. Since October, 2002 alone, The Moore Group has trained over 90,000 people.
